August 1: Back to School Bash

The City of West Palm Beach will host a special Back to School Bash as part of Clematis by Night on Thursday, August 1, from 6 to 9 p.m. This free event will include live music courtesy of Futures4 and AMP. August 3: Summer Craft Cookout

Join Barrel of Monks Brewery in Boca Raton for a Summer Craft Cookout Saturday, August 3. From 4 to 8 p.m., the brewery will host food trucks by the likes of Cheffrey Eats and the Gastro Geeks, each slinging up gourmet courses of sausages and handmade sides. Vegetarian options will also be available. Barrel of Monks will pair the plates with six crafts ales. All you can eat food and drink tickets are available for $60. For more information, click here.

August 3-4: Bohemian Heat

Boca Ballet Theatre will present “Bohemian Heat” at the Countess de Hoernle Theatre at Spanish River Community High School in Boca Raton August 3 and 4. The program will include a suite from Glazunov’s Raymonda, as well as dance set to music by Queen and Stravinksy’s Rite of Spring. Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on August 3 and 2 p.m. on August 4. Tickets cost $30-$40. For more information, click here.
