Welcome to SFO NeuroCare©, a comprehensive program dedicated to advancing research, care, and rehabilitation for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Dementia and Autism. Our mission is to support individuals and families affected by these conditions, while also working towards finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those impacted.

Through our program, we aim to:

1. Fundamental Research to progress the solution for treatment:
• Establish research partnerships with universities, hospitals, and other research institutions to conduct studies and clinical trials aimed at finding new treatments and cures for Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, and Autism.
• Provide funding for promising research projects and support the development of new technologies and therapies.
• Collaborate with other organizations and foundations to share knowledge, resources, and expertise, and to accelerate progress towards finding a cure.
2. Finding people suffering from these diseases and helping with their end-to-end care requirements:
• Develop outreach programs to educate the public about the signs and symptoms of these conditions and to encourage early diagnosis and intervention.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and support groups to identify individuals in need of care and to connect them with appropriate resources and services.
• Provide comprehensive care coordination and case management services to help individuals and families navigate the healthcare system, access resources and support, and manage their care effectively.
• Offer a range of services and supports, including medical care, home health care, respite care, counseling, and support groups, to meet the unique needs of individuals and families affected by these conditions.
3. Once they are fully cured, finding ways to rehabilitate them in meaningful ways to become contributing members of society:
• Develop and provide vocational training and employment services to help individuals with these conditions transition back to work and achieve their employment goals.
• Offer education and support to employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and to create welcoming and supportive work environments for individuals with these conditions.
• Provide opportunities for social engagement and community involvement to help individuals build connections, develop new skills, and contribute to their communities in meaningful ways.
• Collaborate with other organizations and community groups to promote awareness and understanding of these conditions and to advocate for policies and programs that support the full inclusion and participation of individuals with these conditions in all aspects of society.
