November 15: Tree Lighting at Boca Center

The Jingle All the Way Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration will take place Friday, November 15 at the Boca Center Courtyard in Boca Raton. Attend a Sip & Shop pre-party from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at participating retailers. The main festivities, beginning at 5:30 p.m., will include holiday performances by local choirs and carolers, as well as pictures with Santa and other themed activities. General admission is free with a new, unwrapped toy or cash donation to benefit Spirit of Giving. VIP tickets are available for $45 (benefiting the Junior League of Boca Raton) and include valet parking, an open bar, light bites, sweet treats, and more. For more information, click here.

November 16: Boca GumboFest

Gumbo Limbo Nature Center will host the second annual Boca GumboFest at Red Reef Park West in Boca Raton on Saturday, November 16. From 1 to 5 p.m., South Florida chefs will come together to compete for the title of Gumbo Grand Master 2019, with delicious results. The culinary event will also feature live music, a raffle, a silent auction, craft beer by Funky Buddha Brewery, and spirits from St. Augustine Distillery, Naked Turtle Rum, and Tito’s Vodka. November 16: Sculpture in Motion

Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach will present the third annual Sculpture in Motion: The Art of Pre- and Post-War Automobiles on Saturday, November 16. Curated tours of more than a dozen classic cars will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with tickets priced at $25 for adults ($15 for ANSG members) and $8 for children. During the day, guests will be able to cast their votes for Most Artistic, Most Elegant, People’s Choice, and Young Connoisseurs’ Award. The winners will be announced at the VIP evening cocktail party, which will kick off at 5:30 p.m. and cost $200 for members and $275 for non-members. Click here to read more.
