Janna Ronert, a certified aesthetician, spent years treating and educating clients on their skin-care needs, all the while growing increasingly frustrated with existing products that played into short-lived fads, had confusing ingredients, and delivered ineffective results. To combat these issues, Ronert assembled a team of chemists, physicians, and skin professionals and founded a company to operate in a new category: clean clinical skin care.
Lantana-based Image Skincare’s 13 collections can be found in treatment centers and spas around the world. The company’s newest line, Ormedic, follows in the tradition of thoughtful ingredient selection and scientific assessment. The seven clean products that comprise the collection are “the ultimate natural and balancing act for your skin,” says Ronert.
“A synthesis of handpicked, certified organic ingredients sourced from around the globe are blended together with clinically smart ingredients to nourish, restore, and balance the skin.”
She adds that her favorite Ormedic product is the balancing gel polisher, which she uses every day to achieve radiant skin. “It is the first power polisher that has a three-in-one natural exfoliation with organic olive powder, bamboo, and caviar lime extract. Secret tip: I also use it as a body polish in the shower.” (imageskincare.com)
