Last year I wasn't home for my Dad's birthday as I'd just moved to Australia, so this year I wanted to make sure I was home, and give him a really special day to make up for last year. Thanks to Belmond I gave him a day that incorporated two of his favourite things; trains, and food. We left London Victoria and went all the way to Oxford on the beautiful Belmond British Pullman. From there we then got a coach to Raymond Blanc's hotel and restaurant, Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons, where we dined on a three course feast and even met Raymond Blanc himself!
