Vibhor is an aspiring businessman and exquisite artist too, whose compilations are an amalgam of both Western and Classical elements. He aims at building an organization that ensures a peripheral growth of home borne artists by managing their performances, social network, and reach. It is the result of his efforts and artistic expertise that, Yours Eventfully now works at both national as well as pan-continental platforms. In a quick chat with TMM, the inspiring entrepreneur shares his success story:

Tell us about your journey from being a musician to a successful entrepreneur.
Being a musician is a blessing. I am still learning to be a better musician and the journey towards entrepreneurship has been really good till now. There have been many challenges, voids that I’ve tried to overcome, and with time, I hope to deliver the best entertainment with some great artists.

What made you choose to work towards the music industry?
Music is my passion. I was always driven towards the idea of doing what I love and I did the right thing when I decided to quit the job and start my journey in the music industry. And today, I’m surrounded by such amazing music and musicians. I started working in the artists’ management fraternity, to help artists grow and help them reach their true potential. My team has been a great help during this journey.

You have so many reputed musicians on board with unique voices. What is your mantra to make the best of each one?
The mantra has always been to lead everyone to success, and even though there’s no fixed path to success but, I feel, that working together as a team is the best way to achieve excellence. We have always tried to take out the best from each musician, they all have their own unique identities and with the right direction they can do amazing things.

Tell us about your hardships an entrepreneur and how did you overcome?
Entrepreneurship is all about filling those voids in the industry and finding out ways to create the best customer experience possible. There have been many obstacles. Sometimes financial barriers, sometimes difference in thoughts and there have been times when we were completely out of ideas as in- what to do in the current situation? Sometimes your plans don’t work out and sometimes they are not efficient. I feel, it has a lot to do with patience and mindfulness. If you are in this industry then you have to generate that energy from within yourself and your work. Love everyone around you and keep yourself in a positive frame of mind.

How do you coexist and manage to work together with other artist management agencies, even in these competitive times?
Our business revolves around working and networking with other agencies. We look forward to collaborating and work with other agencies. There is so much competition around and everyone has got their share of business and clients. We just aim to be the best in what we do and I guess with time we have to build a strong team that knows the art of management and bringing the best.

Yours Eventfully promotes new talent and provides a platform to artists to showcase their talent and promote it right. How do you make it work?
Every artist has got his/her unique set of skills and talents. We understand their direction of work and make a strategic plan which inculcates all the aspects of growth and performance in the competitive world. Detailing and execution are two very important verticals which we work on when we manage any artist.

What have you learned as an entrepreneur?
Just keep working and communicating. Always seek the right path for yourself and be passionate about what you do. Good things will always come to you!

In the current scenario, when things look difficult to the entire world, what are your plans to deal with the situation?
The plan is to stay strong and come out as better human beings and a great team. We are working on each team member, learning more about each other.
Also, we are extensively working on content with our artists and trying to be as active as we can on different social media platforms to make the best of time.

Any message for aspiring entrepreneurs?
Entrepreneurship is a challenge, always be aware of what you are doing and what is the right direction for you. And most importantly, love what you do and you’ll be the best in whatever you do!
