Their objective, adds the Founder and CEO, is to increase their domestic portfolio to 120-150 homes by the end of 2021 across Goa, Alibaug, Karjat, Lonavala, Pawna, Coonoor, and Ooty. “On a global scale, we are looking to build a coffer of 350-400 homes between Phuket, Koh Samui, Bali and Niseko. Additionally, we are also evaluating homes in new holiday destinations like Kasauli, Shimla, Dehradun on the domestic front and Sri Lanka and Dubai internationally,” he adds.

Lohono Stays by Isprava curates the most beautiful homes in India and Asia, including Goa, Alibaug, Karjat, Coonoor, Phuket, Bali and Koh Samui and we are always on the lookout to add bespoke homes to our portfolio. We operate by entering into contractual deals with independent owners and developers of ultra-luxury homes. We also offer our prompt and defined property management services, which include transforming the villa through a process of refurbishment conducted by Isprava’s design team and also renting it out to ensure our partners earn a generous rental income.
We have over 250 homes in our portfolio. Our villas are handpicked amongst the most beautiful in the world. We have paid attention to every last detail: the design, the perfect view, overlooking mesmerizing views, and location. We have three types of homes, Villas – standalone properties, Vaddo – the Goan reflection of a gated community, and Estates – massive homes on huge plots of lush land. Lohono villas range from 3 to 6 bedrooms – this gives us the opportunity to provide our guests with the option of travelling with all their family members, where they have communal spaces to get together while enjoying privacy in their own rooms.
