The AAA Five Diamond Aria Resort & Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip has unveiled seven reimagined Sky Villas alongside a total redesign of its 420 Sky Suites.
The revamp of the Five-Star MGM resort’s most coveted accommodation is set to put guest privacy, comfort and convenience at its heart.
“In reimagining Aria’s Sky Villas and Sky Suites, our crown jewels, we took great care to consider what would enhance and differentiate Aria’s award-winning experience,” said Anton Nikodemus, Aria’s president & COO. “Inspiring design and breathtaking views are complemented by exceptional, detail-oriented service, creating unparalleled stays for our guests.”

Housed in a sleek LEED Gold certified glass tower overlooking the bright lights of Las Vegas Boulevard, the resort is known for its rejection of typical Las Vegas flamboyance in favor of contemporary and sophisticated design.
For the revamp of its seven highly exclusive Sky Villas, Aria enlisted KES Studio, a boutique design firm that counts Beverly Hills’ L’Ermitage hotel amongst its clients. Each Sky Villa maintains its own individual personality with a bespoke color palette and layout in keeping with Aria’s brand of refined luxury.

Unrivaled floor-to-ceiling Las Vegas Strip views are framed by unique jewel-toned furnishings forming an aesthetic of timeless and tasteful glamor. The villa’s enormous living rooms feature a neutral color palette while shape-defying sofas and furniture create an intimate yet sociable atmosphere.
As well as a revamped interior, Villa guests can also expect to be treated to daily surprises handpicked by Aria Sky Villas’ team of butlers. Cigar aficionados will appreciate the personalized cigar cart delivering hand-rolled creations, and foodies will be served custom-made chocolates and freshly baked bread, amongst other bespoke offerings.

For the overhaul of the Las Vegas resort’s Sky Suites, Aria worked with architecture and interior specialists, Rottet Studio to create 420 urban retreats inspired by MidCentury Modern design.
Spacious and light-filled, the one- and two-bedroom suites feature desert-inspired color palettes of soothing creams, greys and beiges alongside whimsical artworks. The goal was to provide guests with a serene yet luxurious sanctuary in the sky to recharge above the city lights.
“There was no question KES Studio and Rottet Studio shared our vision. I’m incredibly proud of what we collectively created and look forward to welcoming our guests from around the world to explore our newest offerings,” said Nikodemus.
