Don’t worry! Ashley Benson explained why her girlfriend, Cara Delevingne, was absent from her 30th birthday celebration in London amid split rumors. The Pretty Little Liars alum documented her Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen themed night out with a slew of her closest pals, including Gregg Sulkin and Remington Franklin. However, the model was noticeably missing in the photos from the celebration that showed the friends walking along the cobblestone streets and sipping on drinks while Ashley rocked a crown that said “Birthday Girl.”
“Where’s Cara, mommy?” a concerned fan commented on the (almost) 30-year-old’s Instagram photo captioned, “London Nights,” on December 11. “She has a job,” Ashley simply responded. The Her Smell star’s actual birthday isn’t until December 18 so it’s safe to say her girlfriend will probably make it up to her.
Ashley and her friends looked like they had a blast. The theme honoring the iconic twins looked extra fun as they all sported black sunglasses. Cara missed out, but we can’t wait to see how the blonde beauty continues to celebrate her big milestone.
Rumblings that their romance had fizzled out started after a tweet from Cara’s Twitter said she and Ashley “broke up.” However, most people think the Suicide Squad star’s account was hacked because shortly after she posted, “GIVING AWAY 1000 IPHONE 11 Pro’s and much more since I love you so much.” Not only does Cara not usually do giveaways on her personal social media, but both tweets were deleted shortly after posting.
The couple has
and recently got very on December 5. Although neither of the starlets has spoken out about the tweet, it seems as though their relationship is A-OK for now.Fans were definitely worried about the duo because they seem so happy together, despite them not expecting to fall in love. “We weren’t looking for it,” Cara admitted to
about her relationship with Ashley in August. “It was really just .”Although it was not expected, they still worked hard to grow something beautiful. “I’d never truly let anyone in before, for fear of them leaving. I never really trusted people or felt worthy of it, and I always pushed them away,” Cara confessed during an interview with
on September 13. “She’s the first person that has said: ‘You . I’m going to be nice to you, I love you.’ I’m just like, ‘Wait, so all I have to do is just let you be nice to me? Why have I never done that before?’”Happy birthday, Ash!
