As a spring signature drink, I hope you enjoyed the Caviar Mojito. If you want an alternative to a sweet drink, try the Balloon Gin & Tonic, a fresh, crisp signature drink, to keep you cool during the warmer months:
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Plymouth Gin
* 1 Organic Lime
* 2 oz Tomr’s Tonic (It’s the tonic that makes the drink!)
* 1 bottle Fever Tree Club Soda
* 4 Large Filtered or Spring Water Ice Cubes
* Riedel Vinum Pinot Noir (Balloon) Glass, Boston Shaker Glass, Bamboo Cutting Board, Citrus Zester, Napkin
Directions:
1. Cut a lime curl (do not use the flesh as incorrectly shown in the image above)
2. Put cubes in glass
3. Combine tonic and club soda in Boston Shaker Glass (don’t stir)
4. Add gin to ice
5. Add tonic water, then drop lime in immediately
6. Swirl like you would Pinot Noir
7. Place glass on napkin, tell savionaire “to enjoy” and charge $17
