Batch New Southern Kitchen & Tap in West Palm Beach has adapted its operations to suit the current times. In addition to being open for dinner daily, lunch on weekdays, and brunch on weekends, this nouveau Southern eatery on Clematis Street has introduced a new “Not Your Colonel’s Family Meal.”
Available for pick-up or delivery, this feast for four ($50) includes eight pieces of tea-brined fried chicken as well as deviled eggs, homemade biscuits, collard greens, and banana pudding. Batch also offers daily pick-up specials such as wings.
For those dining in, menu highlights include the B.L.A.T. (candied bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and B1 aioli), mac and cheese with a smorgasbord of add-ons, and divine chicken and waffles. Don’t forget to wash it all down with an on-tap cocktail such as the Bootlegger (jalapeño- and pineapple-infused moonshine, guava, and citrus) or the 305 Collins (black tea–infused Wheatley vodka, passion fruit, and H.M. lemon peel soda).
