As part of its $150 million reinvention, the Boca Raton Resort & Club recently unveiled two new restaurants at its Boca Beach Club: Marisol and the lounge. The brainchildren of celebrity event and design legend Colin Cowie, the spaces feature hand-picked furnishings and art that evoke an ocean-chic feel in the case of the lounge and the essence of waterfront Mediterranean living at Marisol. And while the lounge pairs light, shareable bites with an array of wines, cocktails, and other libations, Marisol specializes in seafood specialties that personify la dolce vita.
