On the heels of its Challenger 650 unveiling, Bombardier is “doubling down” on customer service and expanding its fleet of maintenance response trucks to 14. The additions will mean that the mobile repair stations will now be based in Columbus, Houston, Miami, San Francisco, White Plains, Washington D.C. and Nice.
Key customer benefits mean fewer ferry flights for repairs and the ability to have repairs done in the customer’s own hangar. Bombardier Vice President told journalists at a press conference during NBAA that response to the program has been strong and the company will continue to expand it based on feedback.
