This first-time partnership between the two brands, both with beginnings in the US, is expected to be a lavish occasion for diners to experience a gastronomic journey of history and glamour. Starting with market-fresh ingredients and expert hands, the four-course menu makes a case for classic dishes done right. Guests will choose between Lawry’s signature roasted prime rib or juicy lamb shank braised with port wine – the latter inspired by the iconic symbol of Brooks Brothers – as well as enjoying a host of other delectable dishes throughout the evening.
