Brunch in Singapore: Hotels and restaurants that serve the most luxurious boozy brunches on weekends

Nothing says fancy as much as brunch on a Sunday afternoon — if you can drag yourself out of bed that is. From an array of seafood to free flow champagne, the options are endless for those in search of the perfect way to cap off the weekend. To help you narrow down the options, we went in search of the best Sunday brunches in Singapore. Prepare your eyes for a visual feast:

St Regis Hotel Singapore — Brasserie Les Saveurs’ St. Regis Champagne Brunch

This option touches on European elegance with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto tropical gardens and a sparkling fountain. Illuminating the food are hand-cut crystal chandeliers and spell luxury and excellence as you head out on an epicurean journey. For its brunch menu, the establishment serves antipasto, cold-cuts and seafood as well and bite-sized portions of its signatures that will allow you to enjoy more during your Sunday brunch.

Together with a buffet of artisan cheeses, desserts, cakes, tarts, macaroons and sweets, guests can also choose from one hot main course such as meat, poultry and fish. While there are several options to choose from, the restaurant offers guests the St. Regis champagne of choice, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV to complete the meal.

Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa — Kwee-Zeen Pan Asian Dining’s Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch

Out on the island, the restaurant offers to liven up your Sunday with an assortment of Pan-Asian specialities and classic French fare. For the weekend, they lay out a generous selection of Live Seafood, Gallery of Foie Gras, Cheeses and Charcuteries. For that Asian touch, there is also a selection of Tandoor and Chinese options while the Desserts on Trolley brings along with it handcrafted truffles from Chocolaterie.

With free flow of Taittinger Champagne for guests, the restaurant provides adults with a chance to spend a few hours without the kids, thanks to the specially prepared Kid’s room. Filled with beanbags, and games, the kids can catch their all-time favourite cartoons while filling up on their favourite finger food. Along with a space for all ages, diners will be able to access the 33-meter pool that is located close to Kwee-Zeen.

The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore — Colony Vintage Sunday Brunch

From noon to 3pm on Sundays, the restaurant offers diners with a brunch menu that includes unlimited servings of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2006 and Rose 2006. Apart from a free flow of champagne, our real goal would be to sample the unlimited servings from the seven conservatory kitchens. A stand out of the seven, is the Ice Bar that promises Alaskan King crab, poached live prawns, Freshly shucked oysters, sushi and sashimi, a salad bar, eggs, cheese, cold cuts and canapés station. If you still have room for more, then head over to The Tandoor that offers a range of North Indian fare such as whole leg lamb briyani and tandoori chicken. We recommend stopping by The Patisserie which boasts a ‘Live’ pastry kitchen and assorted pastries.

Marina Bay Sands Hotel — Adrift by Chef David Meyers

Apart from the free flow beverages which include five different rosés, two variations of champagne and wines, the restaurant also serves up punch bowls that can be purchased ‘a-la-carte’. While there is a buffet for guests which offers a range of seafood options, alongside home-made breads artisan cheeses and fresh fruits, there is also the option of selecting one main from the menu. Personally, we would make a beeline for the Ricotta pancakes — a staple breakfast food that is perfect for brunch. Served with yuzu honey, vanilla persimmons and azuki bean ice cream, the main is one that should not be missed.
