Happening for one afternoon only, The Knolls restaurant at Capella Singapore commemorates the anniversary of another well-loved brand. Champagne Billecart-Salmon turns 200 and the celebratory event held here is not to be missed as guests have a chance to meet the champagne house’s sixth generation owner Antoine Roland-Billecart. Of course, the brunch will also see delectable dishes specially prepared to pair with the flavours of three gorgeously pink bubblies: Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve NV; Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé; and Billecart-Salmon Vintage 2007.
3. Tropical Sundowner at Bob’s Bar

Tropical Sundowner is a quarterly tropical fiesta organised by Capella Singapore. This time around, guest mixologist, Kamil Foltan, founder of The Indigenous Bartender, will be on site to present five of his specialty concoctions using locally sourced fruits, herbs and spices at an exclusive masterclass. There will also be fire performances, live music entertainment and food stations to add to the already sultry mood at the bar.

4. Bond in Bliss retreat at Auriga spa
March 11, 2018
It’ll be the March school holidays soon and Capella Singapore wants you to spend some quality parent-and-child time. Join Auriga spa on a one-day-only Bond in Bliss spa retreat that includes a bonding dry-clay craft class, a relaxing spa session, as well as lunch. Suitable for children between six to 16 years old, the spa session will include a 45-minute Teen Spa treatment and a 60-minute body massage for one parent.

5. Easter Sunday Brunch at Grand Ballroom Foyer
April 1, 2018; 12:30pm – 3:00pm
Brunch on Easter Day will be a garden-themed affair at Capella Singapore. The resort’s Grand Ballroom Foyer will host an impressive spread. Expect live stations serving à la minute dishes such as rotisserie meat and pasta.
