Celebrate Chinese New Year, Bangkok-style

A month and a half into the Western New Year and we’ve already been given another chance to start afresh, with the much loved Chinese New Year. With Chinese diaspora living all over the world, and one of the highest numbers having migrated to Thailand over 100 years ago, Chinese New Year is a huge thing in Bangkok. And of course, at the heart of such Bangkok-style celebrations sits the food that we eat; it’s either spinning around on a Lazy Susan, waiting to be scoffed at a buffet or being deliciously prepared at a fancy cooking station. We’ve decided to present you with a list of hotel dining destinations to make this year’s spring festival all the more scrumptious. The following are split into five sections: Brunch and Lunch; Dinner; Set Menus and Lion Dance and Dragon Shows and Gifting ideas.
