The Restaurant at the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach will help locals celebrate their new favorite holiday on National Picnic Day (April 23) with curated picnic baskets to be enjoyed overlooking the gardens at the museum or elsewhere.
Picnickers can opt for the Cheese and Charcuterie Basket with wine ($57), featuring Camembert with raspberry preserve, manchego with truffle honey, Quijote chorizo with cornichons, and dry aged soppressata with rosemary maple spiced pepitas. The Mediterranean Mezze Basket with wine ($52) boasts Meyer lemon hummus, Kalamata olive tapenade, eggplant caponata, and crispy lavash. Guests can pair bottles of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Rose with their baskets.
For those looking to go all-out in the spirit of National Picnic Day, opt for both the Mediterranean Mezze and Cheese and Charcuterie basket with Wine ($80). The basket includes all of the items previously mentioned and guests have the option of choosing an upgraded bottle of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Rose.
