I was invited down to the launch party of Momentus, the evening started with a reception of Moet and live jazz band. Throughout the night delectable canapés were served, and a gigantic oyster ice sculpture revealed it’s grand jewels of baby oysters for all the guests to eat.
What a better way to enjoy the night then with my two favourite things oysters and champagne.
