What is new is taking the brand’s iconic tweed blazers lined with chain detailing as its inspiration for its first ever High Jewellery presentation. The strong association to the jacket has now been transformed into a 45-piece jewellery iteration of the fabric. Named Tweed de Chanel, the collection sees exceptional pieces conceived to express the distinctive characteristic of tweed – the intricate interwoven structure and depth and richness of the material. Articulated using diamonds, pearls and sapphires that are layered and intertwined, Chanel has masterfully created textural necklaces, earrings, cuffs, brooches, rings and more.
