Sweet Saturday in! Flip or Flop star Christina Anstead shared sweet videos from her lazy Saturday with her husband, Ant Anstead, and kids Brayden, Taylor and Hudson on her Instagram Stories on February 15. Needless to say, it seemed like a lovely day to just relax and enjoy family.
In a series of snaps, the 36-year-old showed off her children lazing about in bed and helping her make pancakes before playing around with their toys. She also shared a clip of her hubby, 40, taking a photo as the sun set. So cute!
Clearly, this happy couple is totally thriving. In fact, both Christina and Ant shared really sentimental and sweet Valentine’s Day wishes for each other on social media on February 14.
“Our third Valentine’s Day together but not together,” the real estate developer captioned a photo with the British native. “His work loves to plan joyrides on Valentine’s Day for some reason. Love this life with you, @ant_anstead. Thank you for all your love and support always — my forever valentine. Heart shaped pizza and cookies with the kids tonight.”
“My valentine … My wife,” the Wheelers Dealers host wrote in his own post. “@christinaanstead. I cannot imagine this life without you! You lift me, ground me, inspire me, teach me, complete me and most of all, love me!! You also make me laugh!! Loads! Like stupid belly laugh, where I snort and spit out my tea. I love all of you! Thank you for choosing me! My twin flame.”
Talk about some seriously sweet dedications. It seems as though this sturdy couple is killing both the love and parenting games together. Believe it or not, Christina actually addressed the difficulties of parenting her first child with Ant, son Hudson.
“Newborn life is hard,” she wrote on Instagram back in October 2019. “It’s not all Instagram filters of perfection that people put out there. F that. That’s so misleading for new moms.”
She admitted that she hadn’t been active on social media much because she was knee-deep in tough motherhood moments. “I haven’t been online or posting much because my hands are full — literally,” she continued. “Huds is definitely a tough baby. He will sometimes cry for hours straight.”
“I say this with mad props to all stay at home moms / moms with more than two kids,” she said. “Being outnumbered is no joke.” Clearly, her sweet hubby is there to help navigate the stressful moments and enjoy the great ones, too — like this cute weekend date.
