L’Opéra recently launched its Christmas selection, with delicacies such as the c and the returning favourite, Panettone as it prepares to open its latest outlet in Green Park Market. There is magic in the air this season, and L’Opéra is the place to be. “Our classic selection of Bûche (Yule log cakes) returns, with the traditional Coffee Bûche, the much-loved Black Forest, the inescapable Chocolate and the hip Red Velvet variants” says L’Opéra’s Executive Chef Amit Sinha. “Enticing to look at, delightful to taste, crafting these was a delight, given how dear Christmas is to me.” “We are fortunate as our latest outlet in Green Park Market,” explains Laurent Samandari, co-founder and Managing Director, “will be blessed by Christmas this year!” The most important celebration of the year in France and many other countries, Christmas symbolizes family unity, a time for solidarity and, of course, a time to savour succulent, festively decorated desserts. “The nostalgia Christmas brings is noteworthy,” remembers Laurent,. ”And, of course, the beautifully-designed desserts make the experience that much more charming,” he further shares. In addition to the timeless selection of Christmas biscuits in delightful shapes and texture, combining the season’s favourite ingredient with a year-round delight. The Italian delicacy Panetonne – returning for the third time and made with dry fruits – makes for a unique, delicate, sweet cake to be shared with family.
