Jimmy Shoe Sour at Dukes London
- 1.5 oz Midori
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz sugar syrup
- 1/3 oz egg white
To create this cocktail of the week, muddle the Midori and lemon juice together before adding the sugar syrup. Pour the mixture into a shaker with a scoop of ice and shake hard. Strain into a short glass and top with egg white. Garnish with a slice of dried fruit.

“We are delighted to now be offering our London Fashion Week-inspired cocktail menu in our recently opened Great British Restaurant (GBR) and we’re looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces over the coming week,” said Robert Dokler, GBR restaurant manager, in speaking to Elite Traveler. “The Jimmy Shoe Sour is our personal favorite on the menu, with a perfect mix between sweet and sour and a great kick!”
The newly opened GBR occupies Dukes London as an all-day dining destination with distinctly British flair. In addition to cocktails paying tribute to LFW, the Mayfair restaurant serves traditional English cuisine (think Scotch eggs and shepherd’s pie with pickled red cabbage) under the leadership of Norfolk-born executive head chef Nigel Mendham.
