Jameson Black Barrel Old Fashioned
- 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 part Benedictine liqueur
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
To create this St Patrick’s Day cocktail, combine Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, Benedictine liqueur and bitters into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until ice cold. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
Tullamore DEW Many Waters
- 1.5 parts Tullamore DEW Caribbean Rum Cask Irish Whiskey
- splash of coconut water
- 1 brown sugar cube
- 3 dashes of Angostura Biters
- lime wheel
To create this St Patrick’s Day cocktail, add Tullamore DEW Caribbean Rum Cask Irish Whiskey, brown sugar and bitters to a highball glass and muddle. Top with coconut water and ice. Stir together. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Kilbeggan Still Steam
- 2 parts Kilbeggan Single Grain Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 part lemon juice
- 1/2 part ‘genepy’ (alpine liqueur)
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 1 black tea bag
To create this St Patrick’s Day cocktail, combine Kilbeggan Single Grain Irish Whiskey, lemon juice, genepy, simple syrup and black tea. Top with hot water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
Kerrygold Golden Cuppa
- 1 oz Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Zaya Rum
- 6 oz fresh heavy cream
- 4 oz boiling hot chai tea
To create this St Patrick’s Day cocktail, add Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur to fresh heavy cream. Shake until its becomes thick and turns into whipped cream. Top it onto the drink and finish with a dash of allspice and nutmeg
Bulleit Boilermaker
- 1.25 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 12 oz Guinness Draught
While the boilermaker may not be a cocktail per se, alternating sips of whiskey with sips of beer is a tried-and-true tradition. Pair Bulleit Bourbon whiskey with a freshly poured Guinness stout beer.
