Mexico’s world-renowned celebrity chef Enrique Olvera opened Cosme in 2014, introducing New Yorkers to his Mexican-inspired cuisine.
His cuisine is anchored in Mexican flavors and traditions, while also celebrating local and seasonal ingredients from the Hudson Valley and the surrounding region.
Cosme’s menu combines Mexican staples such as heirloom corn and beans, with locally sourced seasonal products and spices from all over the globe.
