On the first floor of the extravagant Baccarat Museum, the Cristal Room restaurant occupies the former dining room of Vicomtesse Marie-Laure de Noailles, erstwhile owner of the building.
Refurbished by Philippe Starck – who added to the original wood-paneling and bare brickwork with mirrors, copious amounts of gilding, and a fabulous dusty pink color scheme – it serves sophisticated cuisine by Michelin-star chef Guy Martin, and frequently hosts private parties and receptions. Enjoy a long lunch in elegant environs; daytime is the best time to appreciate the beautiful Baccarat crystal chandeliers and ornaments that adorn the restaurant.
