Invited by the seventh edition of contemporary art fair Artgenève, PAD Geneva will bring in Italian Talent to the show and gather together prominent international galleries, hailing from France, the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland to showcase jewellery, contemporary design, antiques and sculpture in Paris (for 21 years) and London (for 11 years.)
Here’s a look at some of the design galleries heading to the event:
Maria Wettergren
The gallery showcases limited editions and highlights unique works from the Paris-based and specialist of Scandinavian art and design, Galerie Maria Wettergren. The artists and designers’ works represented in dialogues, combining new technologies and traditional expertise.
Achille Salvagni
Designer Achille Salvagni, who is apt in creating unique objects and bespoke furniture, will present a 20-piece limited edition gold-plated chandelier.
Armel Soyer
Parisian gallery, Galerie Armel Soyer specialises in 21st-century decorative arts and will present pieces from its gallery based in the Alps, with creations to furnish the chicest of chalets.
Galerie Italienne
The “Spazio Tattile” series of exhibitions from Italian art specialist Galerie Italienne exhibits pieces by artists that the gallery represents in dialogue with furniture pieces or other objects.
Priveekollektie
Focusing on artists straddling the worlds of art and design, Dutch gallery Priveekollektie presents work from rising stars plus well-known artists and designers.
