It may be a while until Khloé Kardashian decides if she wants to have another baby and give her daughter, True Thompson a sibling. So what’s the next best thing? A pet, which the 35-year-old hinted at getting her mini-me.
It all started when KoKo took to Instagram to share a series of photos with a dog on November 14, which led a fan to suggest she should take the cute golden retriever with her. “I am so obsessed for so many reasons I can’t handle,” she wrote. “Bring this dog home!!!” The Good American founder replied, “I think True needs this dog. I’ll be ready soon LOL.” Can you imagine seeing pics of True cuddling with a puppy? How adorable would that be?
A pet would be ideal for Khloé — especially after her very own dog, Gabbana, passed away in 2018. “She was more than a pet,” she captioned a photo of a flower arrangement ex/baby daddy Tristan Thompson gifted her at the time. “She was my first child, my companion and my friend. She was incredible! She made sure I was never lonely even during lonely times. The house will never be the same. I never thought I would be this devastated over losing a dog but 14 years is a long time together.”
So much has happened since. A year after losing her precious furry baby, Tristan and Khloé officially split when the basketball player cheated on her with former family friend Jordyn Woods. Thankfully, the blonde beauty bounced back with the help and support from her friends and fam. One person who’s helped her immensely is longtime bestie Scott Disick. The Flip It Like Disick star acts like a big bro to Khlo.
“Scott’s extremely protective over Khloé and doesn’t want to see her get hurt again,” an insider exclusively divulged to Life & Style. “Having once been a womanizer himself, he knows how to spot the red flags — if he thinks a guy is bad news, he’ll warn her to steer clear.” It looks like that won’t be an issue for a while, at least because the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently revealed on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast that she’s not interested in dating at the moment. You do you, girl!
