This is probably one of the best things I have ever made, so naturally I had to share it with you all. If you love Oreos and Nutella, this is for you. When I was searching for a recipe for a no-bake Nutella and Oreo Cheesecake I just couldn't find one that fitted what I had in my mind, so I had to take bits from various recipes, and add my own creative flair (pah!).
My creative flair consisted of blending the Oreos into crumbs, and the mixing them so well that it gave the Cheesecake a proper 'grey/chocolate/oreo' colour, rather than just a cream colour with Oreo chunks. Don't get me wrong, I love chunks of Oreos, but they don't make the entire cheesecake taste of Oreo. If you get what I mean? Also the drizzled melted Nutella on top just adds the perfect hint of hazelnut and chocolate.
