Voted the best restaurant in the world, Eleven Madison Park, run by chef Daniel Humm, is an upscale American dining restaurant located in New York City’s Flatiron district. The restaurant features high ceilings and an open-plan space with stunning floral arrangements and chic, modern furnishings with an Art Deco style. It is known for never having so much as a chair pushed out of place, and everything is stylized from the waiter’s Todd Snyder suites to the way each dish is presented. It’s a truly engaging and entertaining presentation and dining experience. Many Michelin-starred restaurants can be perceived as stuffy, but Eleven Madison Park squashes that idea with a fresh and innovative dining experience. Several dishes are inspired by classic New York, including smoked sturgeon-topped cheesecake with bagel crumb crust. Creative dishes, like duck with honey and lavender and truffle flatbread with cheddar sauce, absolutely delight. There is an eight- or ten-course tasting menu in the main dining room, but you can also book an abbreviated tasting menu experience or come for a cocktail or glass of wine at the bar.
