Ellen DeGeneres Met Royal Baby Archie and Says ‘He Looks Just Like’ His Dad, Prince Harry!

Like father, like son! When Ellen DeGeneres met Duchess Meghan (née Markle) and Prince Harry’s baby Archie, she couldn’t help but notice that the 4-month-old is his dad’s twin.

“He looks like Harry,” the 61-year-old The Ellen DeGeneres Show audience, while showing them a funny drawing she made of the royal baby. In addition, Ellen couldn’t help but point out what seems to be one of Archie’s best features — his hair. “He actually has a perfect circular head. He looks just like Harry, and he had more hair than I did at the time,” she continued. “I spent a lot of my summer growing my hair out.”

The TV host also gushed about what her encounter with Archie was like. “I fed Archie, I held Archie… He weighs 15 pounds, which the exchange rate, I believe is $17 here.” LOL! You can always count on Ellen to make the best jokes.

This was also the comedian’s first time meeting Harry, 34, and Meghan, 38, and naturally, she only had nice things to say about the lovely couple. “Here’s a sentence I thought I would never say, but I spent the afternoon with Prince Harry and Meghan. I just want to say, it was an honor for them to meet me,” she jokingly said.

Ellen, who was accompanied by her wife, Portia de Rossi, when meeting the royal family, praised the duke and duchess for the impact they’re making on the world. “Seriously, they are so amazing. They’re the cutest couple and so down to earth. I just hate it, I see them get attacked and it’s not fair. They’re just two of the most down to earth and compassionate people. They’re doing so much good for the world.”

Both couples have one thing in common — their love of animals — which served as a great topic of convo. “Portia and I talked to them about all the conservation they’re doing for wildlife and they’re doing all this work in Botswana for elephants and I love that.” We love it too!
