The family that inks together, stays together! Sofia Richie took to her Instagram Story to reveal that she and her mom, Diane Alexander, as well as her older brother, Miles Richie, got matching tattoos. Pretty punk rock, huh?
Sofia, 21, posted a brief clip on Tuesday, December 3, of her 50-year-old mama sitting calmly in a chair while world-famous tattoo artist Doctor Woo did his thing. Apparently, Scott Disick’s ladylove didn’t feel like sharing the end result with her fans. However, Miles, 25, had no problem presenting which symbol the happy trio decided on — a Chinese symbol for “moon.”
Miles also shared his own video of Diane with the caption, “First tat.” Considering both of her children are pretty much covered in ink, we commend Lionel Richie’s ex-wife for taking the plunge. Here’s hoping it leads to many more!
As it stands, Sofia has a total of 10 tattoos! Of course, unless you know where to look, they’re pretty easy to miss. In fact, the blonde babe’s go-to style is dainty and always in black ink. Take her brother’s initials, for example. Sofia got “MBR” — Miles Brockman Richie — tattooed on her thumb in 2017.
As you may have gathered by now, family means a lot to her. So much so, that we wouldn’t be surprised if Sofia got a tattoo dedicated to her longtime boyfriend sometime soon. After all, things between her and Scott, 36, are getting pretty serious! “Like most couples, they have their ups and downs, but those close to them wouldn’t be surprised if Scott pops the question next year,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. “He’s been saying Sofia’s ‘The One’ for a while now.”
Hmmm, “The One” would actually make a pretty cute tattoo … just saying. Beyond Scott and Sofia’s strong bond, the insider also noted she has a “great” relationship with the KUWTK star’s three kids, Mason, 9, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 4. How sweet!
