The Farfetch team invited me down with three other bloggers to Jamie Oliver’s Recipease in Notting Hill. Recipease is a community hub for people to sit down order meals to eat inside, shop for products or get your hands down for a cookery class.

The guys at Farfetch booked us all together to a Mexican street food class. Perched upstairs inside Recipease around 40 people surrounded the square counters and watched our head chef demonstrate a bunch of dishes.

Smokey sticky chipotle chicken, smashed guacamole, sautéed spinach and feta cheese and tangy chunky tomato salsa all to go on top of our hand pressed corn tortillas.

It was quite a hard task to cut with a blunt knife but Catherine and me managed well. We made the tomato salsa and guacamole on one board. My favourite part of the Mexican Street food cooking class is hand pressing the corn tortillas; each piece came out roughly the same size.

Once we all finished cooking our meal it was time to sit down and feast on our food we worked hard to make. The sticky chipotle chicken came out super tender with deep smokey flavours. The favourite tasting dish had to be the sautéed spinach and feta cheese.

Thank you Farfetch for inviting me down to the event. You can buy Farfetch curates: food online.
