Combining a pick of the finest pours from The Macallan range of whiskies to be paired with their signature dry-aged steak, the meal starts with beef barley soup and a glass of The Macallan 12 Year Old, followed by Wolfgang’s crab cake and The Macallan 15 Year Old. For mains, choose your cut of the restaurant’s USDA prime beef, dry aged for 28 days, with two options: Sirloin or ribeye — both served with creamed spinach and mash potatoes, and paired with The Macallan 18 Year Old.

For Dad’s special day, on June 17, there will be complimentary schooner glass of Pilsner Urquell beer with every order of the popular dish. According to Bread Street Kitchen, the restaurant has sold over 6,648 portions of Beef Wellington since opening — that’s 85km of pastry used per year.
