It’s refreshing to see a luxury fashion house unafraid of injecting some personality into its fall/winter offerings. As seasons change, the transition into darkness can be jarring to the senses, which is why Fendi wanted to celebrate color and light for its Fall/Winter 2021/22 men’s collection.
Designed by men’s artistic director Silvia Venturini Fendi, the palettes throughout the collection see saffron, orange, fuchsia, cobalt, and periwinkle color-blocked against black, camel, and charcoal. The contrasting textures and shades bring an unexpected explosion of color to a broad spectrum of menswear classics twisted with Fendi’s playfulness.

To bring the technicolor vibes full circle, the house collaborated with multidisciplinary artist Noel Fielding on a series of psychedelic artworks, including an abstract version of the Fendi logo in his signature stream-of-consciousness scribble art. The multicolor scribble logo is featured in a range of pieces; including a topcoat, windbreaker jacket, hoodie, and button-up shirt.
On the accessories side, the maison’s iconic bags are refreshed with new options for those wanting to stunt stealthily — including the Peekaboo ISeeU in Cuoio Romano leather and a black mini version featuring Fielding’s graphic art. Of course, a fit is never complete without proper footwear. FF logo buckle loafers in classic brown tones can be dressed up or down (depending on your sartorial prowess) while black Fendi Force lace-ups offer an irreverent take on the classic dress shoe with its FF motif lug sole.
