Fans of Fendi can now enjoy a unique experience that goes beyond shopping at the brand’s flagship boutique – they can stay there too. The luxury fashion house has unveiled the refurbished Palazzo Fendi: a store, boutique hotel and restaurant in Italy’s capital.
Set in central Rome, Palazzo Fendi originally belonged to the Ludovisi Boncompagni family. In 2005, the remarkable 17th-century building became Fendi headquarters. Newly renovated for 2016, Palazzo Fendi is home to the brand’s largest store, with luxurious accommodations just above.
Palazzo Fendi offers seven exclusive Fendi Private Suites decorated with chic Fendi Casa furniture. Room rates range from $770 to $1,900 per night and all suites overlook the historic Via dei Condotti. Also onsite is Palazzo Privé, an opulent apartment designed to host VIP and celebrity clients for private fittings and events. Atop Palazzo Fendi, visitors can dine on contemporary Japanese cuisine at Zuma restaurant.
Of Palazzo Fendi, the brand says customers are given “a unique chance not to just shop at Fendi, but to step into its world.”
Palazzo Fendi is located at Via di Fontanella Borghese, 48, with close proximity to Roman landmarks such as the Spanish Steps.
