Whether you lean toward the breakfast or lunch side of the brunch equation, we can all agree that brunch is better when someone else does the dishes. We’ve rounded up five Palm Beach area restaurants with delicious brunch specials to celebrate the Easter holiday.

 

City Cellar

City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill

The CityPlace hot spot opens for brunch at 11.a.m on Easter Sunday with menu selections including traditional brunch items such as eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, and French toast as well as standouts like the blue crab Florentine or the Belgian waffle drenched in vanilla butter with roasted strawberries and whipped cream. Pair your brunch with bottomless mimosas or endless Bloody Marys for $12.

Standard entrées, including salads, burgers, and house-made pasta dishes, will also be available.

PISTACHE French Bistro

The classic Parisian eatery will offer a special three-course prix fixe menu, showcasing items such as salmon tartare, steak frites, roasted duck and waffle, short rib hash, jumbo lump crab quiche and more. Guests dining alfresco can take in the gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

If fluffy pancakes, breakfast croissants, and custom omelets are what your breakfast dreams are made of, try Prosecco Cafe. Easter specials include the Brisket Beni with brisket hash patties, poached eggs, and Dijon hollandaise; My Sweet Bunny, a buttermilk waffle topped with almond granola, blueberries, and vanilla bean gelato. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Menu highlights include grilled pork belly and ricotta pizza, kabocha squash & chicken sausage hash, and heritage duck-egg frittata.
