Building on its growing portfolio of residential developments, Four Seasons is to introduce a new luxury address to San Francisco. In partnership with developer 706 Mission Street Co LLC, the hospitality brand is developing 146 private residences in the heart of the city’s Yerba Buena arts district, just steps from cultural sites such as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The greatly anticipated property is slated for completion in 2020.
The new development will encompass a new tower and the historic Aronson Building, incorporating spacious living areas, distinct design including a dramatic entryway and the personalized service Four Seasons takes such pride in. Expect individual residences to include grand corner living rooms with at least two walls of glass, distinct dining areas and family rooms. Large kitchens will be positioned at the heart of each home and master bedrooms will come with breath-taking views and light-filled master bathrooms. Residences will range in size from 2,800 to more than 4,000 sq ft and they all have the option of personalization. Shared residence facilities will then include a fitness center, lounge with bar and fireplace, private dining and tasting room, and a landscaped outdoor terrace.
Commenting on the announcement, president of Residential at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Paul White, says: “We are excited to partner with 706 Mission Street Co LLC to bring our second Californian standalone Private Residence to life. We look forward to providing guests and residents another opportunity to live with us in this fantastic city. These spacious residences will combine the outstanding luxuries and world-class service and amenities that Four Seasons is renowned for the world over. We’ve seen great success in destinations where we are able to offer multiple opportunities to live and stay with us, such as in San Francisco, Boston, Miami, and New York, creating a community of guests and residents who make Four Seasons a part of their day to day life.”
Following on from the major development at Twenty Grosvenor Square in London, along with properties in Los Angeles and Marrakech, this project is the latest in an exclusive collection of standalone Four Seasons Private Residences, complementing the brand’s portfolio of hotels and resorts. Each location is distinguished by its luxury amenities and exemplary Four Seasons service. Just like its sister properties, this new site will stand out for its connection to the city’s cultural identity – as well as preserving the historic Aronson Building, the property will house a cultural museum on its ground floor.
