Halle Berry Shows Off Unbelievable Abs at 53 — See the Routine That Helped Her Smash Her Goals

If there’s any reason to not fear aging, it’s this new set of photos and videos from legendary actress Halle Berry. The 53-year-old (yep, 5-3) took to Instagram to show off her absolutely insane abs — and luckily for us, she even dished on how she smashed her fitness goal and got them. It seems as though nothing is impossible, folks!

“Happy #FitnessFriday, everyone! There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it,” the brunette beauty captioned a photo of herself showing off her tight tummy. “One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs — and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable!” But she wasn’t just showing off, y’all. The skilled performer continued her caption with some serious words of wisdom — so if you’ve been thinking about getting your head in the fitness game, now just might be the time.

“This #FitnessFriday, I encourage you guys to set your bar. What is your fitness goal? Set the BAR higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and HOLD yourself to it,” she encouraged. “The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second. In the meantime, head to stories for my #BruisedTheMovie workout, courtesy of my performance coach @mubarakmalik, aka ‘Bar’ and put that inner-warrior to the test! Happy Friday!” She even added a red heart emoji to hammer home how much she’s rooting for her fans.

As far as the routine that helped her get these epic abs, you don’t have to look far. The Cleveland native shared her day in the gym on her Instagram Stories so fans and followers could take advantage of her killer routine. She posted videos of her Kettle Bell Squat Presses, Kettle Bell Swings and Kettle Bell Lifts and Lunges. For the first two exercises, you should do 10 reps and three sets each. For the last one, just do five reps.

Though doing this set of exercises once or twice won’t get you ripped like Halle, it will put you on the path. So, it might be a good idea to take her advice and get your butt to the gym. If the end result ends up being anything like hers, you definitely won’t regret it.
