The expert mixologists at The Roof Garden’s Babylon Restaurant in Kensington show us how to make the Hot Ginger Chick – a hot gin treat combining a unique Tanqueray 10 infusion of chicory, ginger and cinnamon, heated with apple juice and winter spiced syrup.
Ingredients:
35ml Tanqueray Infusion*
100ml Cloudy Apple Juice
5ml Fresh Lime Juice
5ml Winter Syrup**
Instructions:
Steam hot or heat in pan (if heating in pan, throw from one container to another for aeration)
* Tanqueray infused with dried and ground spices – ginger, chicory, cinnamon
** Sugar syrup infused with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, orange peel, vanilla
