Last year, former Ledbury chef Isaac McHale opened one of London’s most eagerly anticipated restaurants, the Clove Club.
Now, nine months on since the restaurant opened, head chef McHale says it has been a “fairytale”.
“We wanted to do really delicious food with really high-quality product, the best we could get, presented in a simple, accessible way with a few interesting twists along the way but nothing too wacky,” he says.
