This mini cooker is perfect for singles and couples, especially if they have a small kitchen, and it does everything, except take the trash out. It performs 10 functions including warming, sautéing and steaming food. It’s even capable of making yogurt … yes, yogurt. What I like most about it is its small size makes it a fairly lightweight space saver. One way Instant Pot can improve mini this workhorse is to make it available in a variety of colors such as red, white and blue.
