Jennifer Aniston Reveals the Secrets (and Products!) Behind Her Flawless Skin

It should be illegal to look as good as Jennifer Aniston. Maybe that’s dramatic, but it seems as though she’s miraculously stopped the aging process. Luckily for us, she dished her beauty secrets and even listed a few of her go-to skin products. Not surprisingly, the key is hydration.

“I think it’s because my mom told me to start moisturizing when I turned 15. I’ve been using Aveeno since I was a teenager,” the 50-year-old A-lister explained about her flawless skin during an interview with InStyle that published on September 4. It turns out, diligent skincare is genetic … at least in Jen’s family. “My grandmother, at 98, had the most stunningly soft, gorgeous skin, and she would just put olive oil on her body,” she noted.

In addition to topical products, the Murder Mystery star drinks a daily glass of celery juice and takes E3Live superfood supplements. Keep in mind: What goes into your body is just as important as what goes on it.

To de-puff and keep her youthful appearance, the former Friends actress also swears by the vibrating 24-karat-gold sculpting bar, which was created by her pal and makeup artist Jillian Dempsey. “It feels so damn good to put oil on your face and just roll,” she noted about her nighttime ritual. Jennifer didn’t keep fans hanging when it comes to who she recruits help from. She rattled off a slew of her favorite professionals (most of whom have their own product lines) in the industry which include: Georgia Louise in New York, Lupita at Mila Moursi in Beverly Hills, Joanna Czech in Dallas and New York and Melanie Simon in Montecito, California. New life goal: To have a beauty expert in every corner of the country.

Finally, when it comes to her luscious locks, the actress admitted, “I’m not gonna lie — I don’t want gray hair.” Celebrity colorist Michael Canalé, who worked with Jen for years, divulged some tricks for a healthy mane exclusively to Life & Style. “Paper thin highlights. You still have to have a graduation of color. I mean, you have to have the lighter ends and the blend out from the base that goes into that, so it has to be more of a flow,” he explained. “This over-bleached ends that are all over the place right now, they’re so damaged on people and it’s not my favorite look, but if you look two years into Jennifer Aniston’s hair when we had it long and you can see that perfect graduation of dark collider, that’s always the prettiest. It’s more youthful.”

BRB, going to stock up on moisturizer.
