Passed the test! Jordyn Woods‘ little sister, Jodie Woods, shared her approval of the model’s boyfriend, Karl-Anthony Towns, in a sweet PDA Boomerang clip she shared of the couple while out on Saturday, November 7.
“My loves,” the 15-year-old captioned the footage of her sibling, 23, and her NBA star boyfriend, 24, cuddled up together and smiling for the camera.
The Life of Kylie alum and the Minnesota Timberwolves player went public with their relationship on September 26. “I found you, then I found me,” Jordyn captioned several photos of the lovebirds holding each other on the beach during her birthday trip to Mexico with friends the week prior. The new couple also wore matching Versace swimsuits for the Instagram photo shoot.
On September 29, the up-and-coming actress revealed how she met the athlete and their connection turned romantic. “We have been friends for a long time,” the Los Angeles native told Extra just days after going Instagram official with the baller. “Naturally, we both connected about losing a parent at a very young age. So, it was a very organic relationship that we’d been best friends for a while.”
The Los Angeles native’s father, John Woods, died of cancer in 2017 and the Minnesota Timberwolves player lost his mother, Jacqueline Cruz, in April 2020.
The Sacrifice star also highlighted the backlash she received after announcing her new relationship on social media. “Yeah, people were getting on me about the caption, but I just think that when you find the right one, you can learn even more about yourself,” Jordyn told the outlet. “It’s about learning to evolve with someone. The right person will bring a lot out of you.”
Jordyn and her younger sibling are very close and protective of each other, especially after the rollercoaster past few years of Jordyn’s life. “It’s kind of scary to me … because she really is like myself, but just a better version because I gave her the blueprint of what not to do,” the social media influencer previously gushed to Life & Style about her sister. “Now, she gets off with things that I did not when I was her age … You know, she watches everything I do and then she does it better.”
