Krüger Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf is surrounded by fast food joints to feed the many people working in the area. For a sit-down breakfast cooked to order there’s not much on offer. Krüger has a space just under the Tescos, near the elevators. Juice bar and prepared salads, breakfast items and sandwiches to go. The café offers a sit-down service with cooked breakfasts, toasties, lunches and mains all day. Krüger prices are competitive, good value for decent food. Staff is quick to seat you and hand over a menu.
At the entrance, you wait until someone seats you. The interior is basic, plastic white tables and chairs are very minimalistic. The ambience is good with no jarring music played in the background all you hear is people talking amongst each other.
Full English breakfast £7 comes served up on a white plate, items come in pairs. 2 toasts, 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 tomatoes and a pot of beans. A good basic breakfast with thick crusty bread slices.
A note that all juices is freshly pressed made to order.
Thick crusty toasts, nice thick meaty sausages, bacon is deliciously crispy slightly charred and for £7 is a great option for cheap eats in the Canary Wharf area.
