This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Yes, Kylie Jenner revealed that she will be releasing a Kylie Cosmetics line inspired by her daughter, Stormi Webster, on Instagram on January 17. Needless to say, the proud mama made the big announcement with a bang — a.k.a. the cutest video of the 23-month-old we’ve ever seen.
“I think I’ve been waiting for this moment since the day I found out I was pregnant,” the 22-year-old captioned the clip, adding the whining face and butterfly emojis. “An entire collection by @kyliecosmetics dedicated to my beautiful daughter. I can’t wait for the reveal!!!! You will fall in love. The Stormi Collection launches 2.1.20,” she concluded, adding a lightning bolt emoji.
In the sweet vid, Stormi and her mama can be seen sitting together on the floor amid floral arrangements as circular confetti rains down upon them. Obviously, the toddler definitely loved it and flashed us a few cute smiles before the end of the short clip.
Naturally, several of Kylie’s famous family members and friends flocked to the comments section on the exciting post to share their thoughts on the upcoming collab. Ever the supportive dad, ex-boyfriend Travis Scott commented on the post with two red heart emojis. Kylie’s mom, Kris Jenner, wrote, “This is everything,” adding four double heart emojis. “My heart is full.”
The makeup mogul’s sister Khloé Kardashian commented with several double heart emojis while her BFF Khadijah Haqq wrote, “This baby has a COLLECTION!!! Celine and I will be front and center.” Even her close pal Yris Palmer commented with a few red heart emojis. Our point? The love was flowing.
Believe it or not, this collection announcement didn’t come entirely out of the blue. Back on January 2, Kylie posted a teaser photo of her daughter looking over proofs for packaging for the Valentine’s Day collection … but there were a few scattered photos of what “Stormi” packaging might look like. “Coming soon,” Kylie wrote, adding smiley face, purple heart and butterfly emojis.
Clearly, this is a passion project for this mommy-daughter duo — and we can’t wait to see what comes of it.
