Remember the time I mentioned about a place in Soho with the window display that caught my eye? Yeh L’ETO Caffé has gone and opened another branch along Brompton, they already have 5 other branches dotted around London. Brompton Road is such a great spot, with Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Knightsbridge around the corner.
What is different about the Brompton Branch is the A-la Carte dinner menu inspired by Italian, French, and English cuisines. Also serving breakfast, salads, and have of course, the famous delicious home-made cakes.
L’ETO Caffé invited me down to the new opening of the Brompton branch and I got to visit the new site, have champagne, canapés and sample as many cakes as I wanted. Downstairs is a fab little private dining area and bar available for hire.
I love the cakes at L’ETO Caffé, it’s super great value for money for size and quantity. Honey cake is a customer favourite, an Asian twist, with layered sponge with added matcha powder. The tea at L’ETO is equally as good the milk oolong I tried, tasted milky without milk in the tea.
I’m ecstatic to have L’ETO Caffé on Brompton road, it only means I can make an excuse to visit after my shopping sprees in the area, and I know it won’t be as crazy as the one in Soho.
