Sweet treats for the sweet couple! On Saturday, October 5, Bravolebrity Lala Kent and her fiancé, Randall Emmett, stopped by The Sugar Factory American Brasserie in Las Vegas for some over-the-top desserts.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 29, and Hollywood producer, 48, indulged in a number of decadent dishes, including a tie-dye milkshake and King Kong sundae topped with sparklers. Of course, Lala and Randall washed down their feast with some signature Sugar Factory drinks.
Randall had the Lollipop Passion Goblet, while his ladylove sipped on the non-alcoholic Watermelon Goblet. Considering Lala recently opened up about her sobriety, we’re happy to see that she thoroughly enjoyed her humongous mocktail.
“My sobriety is something I’m proud of and work on [every day],” she wrote in a vulnerable September 18 Instagram post. “I’ve never done cocaine nor were any substances — other than alcohol — involved in my decision to get sober. I pride myself on being open and honest about everything in my life, hopefully inspiring others and letting them know they are not alone.”
Lala went on to explain that while she’s no stranger to anonymous, online criticism, she’s committed to staying happy, healthy and positive.
“The past couple days I have been slammed, to say the very least. People have asked me how I’m maintaining keeping my head up. To me, it’s simple — I know Real Life from the illusion of social media. I know what it feels like to have your world crumble,” she expressed at the time. “Getting a phone call from your brother saying your dad has passed away … that is Earth-shattering. Being called names and being falsely accused of things … that is far from Earth-shattering.”
Lastly, Lala concluded with an empowering message for her fans: “My mindset is something I’m grateful for. However, I can’t help but think about how many people are taking their own lives, daily, due to cyberbullying. It is imperative that I tell you, you are not by yourself. I see you. I stand by you. I’m on your team. You are loved and make a difference in this world.”
Well said, Lala. Randall is *beyond* lucky to be marrying such an incredible role model. We appreciate your bravery.
