Style / Ambiance: On the top floor of the Hôtel de Paris, Le Grill has a sliding roof that reveals not only the Rivera’s skies but also panoramic views of the principality.
But it is the cuisine that is the main appeal of Le Grill, it has, after all, been awarded a Michelin Star. Though the menu retains Le Grill’s classics such as the legendary soufflé, it is adapted to what is available at local markets. Lunch and dinner are never the same at Le Grill, the menu aside; cool romantic candlelit dinners replace the lively ambiance of business lunches.
