Pont St., the new contemporary seafood restaurant at Belgraves, A Thompson Hotel, will celebrate its first Thanksgiving with a mouthwatering three-course set menu.
Launched this September with chef and author Sophie Michell at the helm, the restaurant will offer a menu that includes sweet potatoes – to accompany the roasted Kelly Bronze Turkey and chestnut stuffing – which are playfully paired with caramelised marshmallow and a side of mac and cheese. The customary pumpkin pie is served up with a delicate ginger spice ice cream.
Throughout the week the cake bar will be adorned with irresistible Thanksgiving cakes and tantalising pies.
Pont St.’s Thanksgiving menu (£55 per person, excluding drinks) will be available
